Jose, I think that your FIRST annotation is really strong, but it seems like you got a little - well - lazy, perhaps, while writing the second one? The first annotation seems like you did a more critical reading. Also, keep in mind that one of the intended audiences of academic articles is ALWAYS other academics in the same/similar field(s). Also, just because the topic relates to kids and obesity, does not mean that kids (who would definitely not read academic articles, for the most part) and/or parents are the only ones who have a stake in this issue. After all, every one of us was a kid at some point. Lastly, what's wrong with the study taking place in Canada? Canadians eat fast food, just like Americans.
